Project Terms

Validity

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

Revisions

Each package includes the revision round(s) specified. Additional rounds beyond what is listed will be billed at a rate to be agreed upon before work begins.

Scope

Pricing is based on mutually agreed scope; requests for new design directions will be quoted separately. Add-ons listed are optional and billed separately unless bundled in writing.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon final delivery and approval. Final files are released upon receipt of payment in full.

File Ownership & Usage

Full ownership of final, approved files transfer to the client upon final payment. Anna C Designs retains the right to display the work in her portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Turnaround

Estimated timelines depend on timely client feedback. Delays in review or approval may extend the delivery date accordingly.

Third-Party Assets

Any stock elements, licensed fonts, or purchased assets used in the project will be noted; ongoing licensing costs beyond project completion are the client's responsibility.

Cancellation

If the project is canceled after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable and covers work completed through that point.
